During his career as a merger and acquisition adviser, Raül has directly advised the ownership and management of several small and medium sized enterprises (EBITDA €0.5m-€20m), with an aggregated deal value of more than €1.5b. Main clients include build-up SME platforms, Private Equity firms, Investment Management companies, Fast Growing companies, Special situations and Startups. Raül started his carrer at PwC.
As a venture capital investor and venture builder partner at Nuclio, he invested and co-founded several companies with one remarkable success, Housfy. Before founding Rote Capital, he acted as VP at top-tier m&a boutique Dextra Corporate.
