Raul is the Founder & Managing Partner at Rote Capital, where he advises founders, entrepreneurs and shareholders on M&A, growth capital and strategic transactions in the technology and software sectors across Spain and Southern Europe.
With a background in investment banking, private equity and real estate investment, he has advised on numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions, supporting high-growth companies in SaaS, hospitality tech, fintech, proptech and digital marketplaces through complex strategic processes.
Prior to founding Rote Capital, Raul held positions at PwC, Dextra Corporate Advisors and Navis Capital SGEIC, and has worked closely with private equity funds and corporate acquirers on transactions ranging from early-stage growth to mid-market exits.
Raul is known for his founder-first approach, strong execution capabilities and deep understanding of the technology ecosystem.
